p t A RESOLUTION DEDICATING A CERTAIN SANITARY
SEWER EASEMENT IN CLEARWATER INDUSTRIAL
q C4 PARK, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
dedicated as a sanitary sewer easement for use by the general public
and the City of Clearwater generally as their interests may appear:
The South 10 feet of the East 251. 74 feet of Lot 10,
Clearwater Industrial Park, according to the map or plat
thereof as recorded in Plat Book 44, page 46 of the Public
Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to record this Resolution in
the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
3. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its
passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of February, A. D. 1977.
