RES OLUTION No. 77 - 5 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PAYMENT TO THE BANK OF CLEARWATER FROM THE CONSTRUCTION TRUST FUND FOR SERVICES RENDERED AS TRUSTEE OF THE CONSTRUCTION TRUST FUND PURSUANT TO A CONSTRUCTION TRUST FUND AGREEMENT, DATED MARCH 11, 1975. WHEREAS, the Bank of Clearwater, Clearwater, Florida, is Trustee under and by virtue of a Construction Trust Fund Agreement, dated March 11, 1975, which Construction Trust Fund is derived from proceeds of the sale of Bridge Revenue and Utilities Services Taxes Bonds, dated June 1, 1974; and WHEREAS, said Bank has submitted a bill in the amount cf $350. 00 for its compensation, in accordance with the provisions of said Trust Fund Agree- ment, which said bill should be paid from said Trust Fund, a copy of said bill is hereto attached and by reference made a part hereof; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the sum of $350. 00 be paid from the Construction Trust Fund, dated March 11, 1975, by the Bank of Clearwater, Clearwater, Florida, Trustee thereof, to the Bank of Clearwater, Clearwater, Florida, in payment of its bill dated January 11, 1977, for Trustee's compensation as provided in said Agreement. Z. That a certified copy of this Resolution be delivered forthwith to said Trustee, which certified copy shall constitute the direction of the City of Clearwater to said Trustee to pay said amount directly to itself.
