A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A REIMBURSEMENT
IN THE AMOUNT OF $8,9B8.39 TO BE MADE TO THE
UTILITY RENEWAL AND REPLACEMENT FUND FROM
r THE CONSTRUCTION TRUST FUND.
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater has previously paid out of the Utility

Renewal and Replacement Fund certain sums to cover engineering fees incurred

E in connection with the extension of the water and sewer system of the City; and
a WI1EREAS, the reimbursement of these sums to theCity of Clearwater
t;'4 Utility Renewal and Replacement Fund from proceeds of the sale of Utility
Revenue Certificates, Series of 1975, was envisioned in authorizing the issuance
of said Utility Revenue Certificates, Series of 1975; and
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater Utility Renewal and Replacement
Fund should now be reimbursed from the Construction Trust Fund derived from

the proceeds of the sale of Utility Revenue Certificates, Series of 1975, the
following sum:

for the total reimbursement to the Utility Renewal and Replacement Fund of
$8,988.39;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
K-H COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the sum of $8, 988. 39 be paid to the Utility Renewal and
Replacement Fund of the City of Clearwater from the Construction Trust Fund
F ' by the Barnett Bank of Clearwater, N. A. , Clearwater, Florida, Trustee thereof
of Construction Trust Fund Agreement dated November 9, 1976, which Construction
Trust Fund is derived from the proceeds of the sale of Utility Revenue
Certificates, Series of 1975.

Z, That a certified copy of this Resolution be delivered forthwith to
said Trustee, which said certified copy shall constitute the direction of the
City of Clearwater to said Trustee to pay the foregoing sum directly to the
said City of Clearwater Utility Renewal and Replacement Fund forthwith in
compliance with Section 3 (C) and other provisions of said Construction
