A RESOLUTION DEDICATING A CERTAIN DRAINAGE
AND UTILITY EASEMENT IN SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP
28 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater is the owner of the hereinafter'
described property; and
WHEREAS, it has now come to the attention of the City Commission a
that said property has never been formally dedicated as a drainage and utility
