RESOLUTION
No. 76 -143
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY
TO DEFEND THE CITY OF CLEARWATER IN THE CASE
OF EUNICE STUDTMANN VS. CITY OF CLEARWATER,
CIRCUIT CIVIL NO. 76-10477-20.
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater has been sued in the case of
Eunice Studtmann vs. City of Clearwater, Florida, a Municipal Corporation,
Circuit Civil No, 76..10477-20; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 31 of the Charter of the City of
Clearwater, the City Attorney must have authoriziation to enter into the
defense of this litigation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to take any and all steps
necessary to defend the City of Clearwater in the case of Eunice Studtmann
vs. City of Clearwater, Florida, a Municipal Corporation, Circuit Civil
No. 76-10477-20.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of November, A. D. 1976.
