RESOLUTION
No. 76 - 108
A RESOLUTION COMMENDING GUY L. KENNEDY,
JR. FOR THE YEARS OF FAITHFUL SERVICE HE
PROVIDED TO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, Guy L. Kewaedy, Jr. served as Assistant City
Attorney to the City of Clearwater for a period of sixteen (16) years; and
WHEREAS, his service, advice and counsel Have been of high
quality and of real benefit to the administration and citizens of the City
of Clearwater; and
WHEREAS, Guy L. Kennedy, Jr. is,a respected member of both
the Florida Bar and the Clearwater Bar; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater wishes
to express its gratitude to Guy L. Kennedy, Jr. for the many years of
faithful service and.helpful advice he has provided the City of Clearwater
and Its citizens during his tenure as an Assistant City Attorney;
NOW,' THEREFORE, 8E IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the City Commission hereby commands Guy L. Kennedy,
Jr. for the sixteen (16) years of fstthfut service and for the helpful advica
and counsel he has provided to the City of Clearwater as an Assistant
City Attorney,
2. That a duplicate original of this Resolution be presented to
the said Guy L. Kennedy, Jr.
PASSED AND ADOPTED thle 7th day of October, A. D. 1976,
