Tot A RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF GUNN
AVENUE ADJACENT TO LAKE STARCREST IN
SKYCREST UNIT 10.
WHEREAS, it has been requested by City Staff that the City of
Clearwater, Florida, vacate the North 70 feet or right-of-way for Gunn
Avenue, adjacent to Lake Starcrest, in Skycrest Unit'10; and
WHEREAS, after proper public notice and public hearing thereon, the
City Commission finds that said right-of-way is not necessary nor required
and it is deemed to be to the best interest and advantage of the City and the
general public that the same be vacated;

as recorded in Plat Book 36, page 36 of the Public Records of

p P.O. B. ; thence continue N 0°Z310311 W, 70.00 feet; thence run
N 89°35'57" E, 60. 00 feet; thence run S 0°23'03" E, 70. 00 feet ;
thence run S 89°35'57" W, 60.00 feet to the P.O. B. ,
be and the same is hereby vacated, closed and released, and the City of
Clearwater hereby quit claims and releases all of its right, title and interest
thereto to the persona, firms or corporations entitled thereto by law, excepting
that the City of Clearwater hereby retains an easement for right-of-way purpos&6'
upon said described real property and further maintains the right to control
