A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PAYMENT TO BRILEY,
WILD & ASSOCIATES, CONSULTING ENGINEER, FOR
CONSULTING ENGINEERING SERVICES RENDERED.
WHEREAS, Briley, Wild & Associates, Consulting Engineers, have
heretofore been retained by the Clty of Clearwater to perform consulting
engineering services as covered by the statements therefor hereinafter
described; and
WHEREAS, said services, as so described, have been performed
and there Is due and payable to said consulting engineers from the City
of Clearwater the sum of $12, 053. 74 pertaining to Marshall Street
Expansion 8 MGD, according to the statement dated June 14, 1976; the
sum of $2, 739. 10 pertaining to Island Estates Interceptor Force Main and
Pumping Station, according to the statement dated June 14, 1976; the sum
of $379.40 pertaining to S. R. 580 Interceptor Extension, according to the
statement dated June 14, 1976; the sum of $1, 540.44 pertaining to Grant
Application for Northeast Effluent Disposal System, according to the state-
ment dated June 14, 1976; the sum of $51, 582. 50 pertaining to Ground
Storage and Pumping Facilities, according to statement dated June 14, 1976;
the sum of $2, 104. 27 pertaining to S. R. 580 County Connection, according
to the statement dated June 14, 1976; and the sum of $212.48 pertaining to
Miscellaneous Engineering Services, according to the statement dated
June 14, 1976; for a total sum due and payable of $70, 611, 93, copies of
which statements are hereto attached and by reference incorporated herein
and made a part hereof:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the sum of $70, 611. 93 be paid from the Construction Trust
Fund by Barnett Bank of Clearwater, N.A., Clearwater, Florida, Trustee
thereof of Construction Trust Fund Agreement dated May 25, 1973, which

the said consulting engineers forthwith in compliance with Section 3 (B)
and other provisions of said Construction Trust Fund Agreement,
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th 'day of July, A. D. 1976.
