SOLUTION TO CORRECT THE STATEMENT OF
OWNERSHIP SET OUT IN RESOLUTION NO. 76..54
ADOPTED MAY 20, 1976
WHEREAS, the City Commission on May 20, 1976, adopted a
Resolution vacating certain right-of-way identified therein; and
WHEREAS, in the explanatory clauses of that Resolution it was stated

?j'• that David F. Ramsey was the owner of the real property identified; and
WHEREAS, a letter of clarification was submitted following the adoption
of the Resolution in which it was indicated that David F. Ramsey was the
owner's representative and John A. Thompson is the owner; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Commission to correct the
explanatory clauses contained in Resolution No. 76-54, adopted May 20, 1976;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the explanatory WHEREAS rd4kuses set forth in Resolution
\ No. 76-54, adopted May 20, 1976, are hereby corrected to indicate that
David F. Ramsey is the owner's representative and John A. Thompson is the
property owner.
2. That Resolution No. 76..54 as corrected and all actions taken pur-
suant to the Resolution are ratified and confirmed.
3. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to record this Resolution
I in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of June, A. D. 1976.
