No. 76 - 63
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT WITH KIMLEY-
HORN AND ASSOCIATES, INC. TO IMPLEMENT PEDESTRIAN
SAFETY GRANT AWARDED BY GOVERNOR'S HIGHWAY
SAFETY COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater has been awarded a pedestrian safety
grant by the Governor's Highway Safety Commission; and
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater desires to engage Kimley.Horn
and Associates as Consultants to render certain technical and professional
services in connection with the implementation of an accelerated program
for Highway Safety relating to said grant;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION REGULARLY AND DULY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
That the City Manager of the City of Clearwater is hereby authorized
to execute an Agreement for Services between Kimley..Horn and Associates,
Inc. and the City of Clearwater to render certain technical and professional
services in connection with the implementation of an accelerated program for
Highway Safety reldting to the pedestrian safety grant awarded by the Governor's
Highway Safety Commission.
