AND UTILITY EASEMENT IN SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP

WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater is the owner of the hereinafter
described property; and
WHEREAS, it has now come to the attention of the City Commission

easement, although the same is to be used for such purposes; and

1. That the following described property be and the same is hereby
dedicated as a drainage and utility easement for use by the general public L
and the City of Clearwater generally as their interests may appear:
The North 300 feet of the East 10 feet of the SW 114 of
Section 29, Township 28 South, Range 16 East, less road
rights-of-way, all lying and being in Pinellas County, Florida,
2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to record this Resolution in

3. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its
passage.
