A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING LANDSCAPING AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF CLEARWATER AND STATE
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION ON A PORTION OF
STATE ROAD NO. 590
.WHEREAS, as a result of negotiations between parties, the City
of Clearwater, Florida, and the Florida Department of Transportation
desire to enter into an agreement providing for maintenance of landscaping .
on that portion of State Road No. 590 from . 94 miles East of U. S. 19 to
1. 04 miles East of U. S. 19, all of which is within the limits of the City
of Clearwater, a copy of which agreement is hereto attached entitled
"Highway Landscaping Memorandum of Agreement";
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION REGULARLY AND DULY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
That the City Commission does hereby approve the Highway Landscaping
Memorandum of Agreement between the State of Florida Department of
Transportation and the City of Clearwater, Florida, providing for maintenance
of landscaping on a portion of State Road No. 590, and the proper officials
are hereby authorized to execute same on behalf of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15 th day of April, A. D. 1976.
