A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE
TRUSTEE OF THE CONSTRUCTION
TRUST FUND TO PAY BRILEY, WILD
AND ASSOCIATES ON BEHALF OF THE
CITY OF CLEARWATER FOR ENGINEER-
ING SERVICES PERFORMED.
,WHEREAS, Briley, Wild & Associates, Consulting Engineers, have
heretofore been retained by the City of Clearwater to perform services as
covered by the statements therefor hereinafter described; and
WHEREAS, said services, as so described, have been performed
and there is due and payable to said consulting engineers from the City of
Clearwater the sum of $83, 784.86 pertaining to Engineering Services for
Secondary Wastewater Treatment Facility at Northeast Site, according to
the statement dated April 1, 1976, copy of which statement is hereto
attached and by reference made a part hereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the sum of $83, 784.86 be paid from the Construction Trust
Fund by Barnett Bank of Clearwater, N. A., Clearwater, Florida, Trustee
thereof of Construction Trust Fund Agreement dated May 25, 1973, which
Construction Trust Fund is derived from proceeds of the sale of Utility
Revenue Certificates, Series of 1972.
2. That a certified copy of this Resolution be delivered forthwith
to said Trustee, which said certified copy shall constitute the direction,of
the City of Clearwater to said Trustee to pay the foregoing sum directly to
the said consulting engineers forthwith in compliance with Section 3 (B) and
other provisions of said Construction Trust Fund Agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of April, A. D. 1976.

Engineering Services performed in accordance with
Engineering Contract dated May 12, 1969, in
connection with revisions made to the design drawings
and specifications for the Northeast Advanced
Wastewater Treatment Facility. These revisions
were necessary to accomplish phased construction
of the 8 MGD activated-sludge secondary treatment
plant to conform with the EPA directives.
