RESOLUTION
No. 76 -44
'--------- • A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE AND SUBMIT TO THE STATE OF FLORIDA,
DIVISION OF HEALTH, APPLICATIONS FOR APPROVAL
OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR PUBLIC WATER
SUPPLY SYSTEM.
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater, Florida, from time to time sub-
mits applications to the State of Florida, Division of Health, for approval of
plans and specifications relating to public water supply systems; and
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater is ready to submit such applications .
relating to the installation of well pumps in previously constructed wells,
Numbers 67, 68, 69 and 70; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater is desirous
of authorizing the City Manager to approve and execute such applications for
approval of plans and specifications for a public water supply system on
behalf of the City of Clearwater;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION REGULARLY AND DULY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the City Coiruntssion of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
hereby officially authorizes the City Manager to approve and execute on behalf
of the City of Clearwater all applications whereby the City of Clearwater is
requesting approval of plans and specifications for a public water supply system.
2. That this authorization for the City Manager to approve and execute
all applications for approval of plans and specifications for a public water
supply system will continue until terminated by further action of the City
Commission of the City of Clearwater.
