RESOLUTION
No, 76 -18
WHEREAS, suit has bean filed in the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas
County, Florida, styled Michael Gillespie vs. Frank Daniels, being Circuit
Civil No. 76-882-9; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission desires to authorize the Legal
Department to defend said action on behalf of Frank Daniels, Chief of Police
of the City of Clearwater, Florida;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS i
That the Legal Department is hereby authorized to take any and all
actions nocessary to defend Frank Daniels, Chief of Police of the City of
Clearwater, Florida, in the law suit filed in Circuit Court in and for Pinellas
County, Florida, styled Michael Gillespie vs. Frank Daniels, the same being
Circuit Civil No. 76-882-9.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of February, A. D. 1976.
