WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater, Florida, from time to time is
A presented permit applications; and
yf WHEREAS, among the types of permits submitted are permits to
construct sidewalk safety ramps; and
4 ? €f , WHEREAS, it is necessary for the City to designate a representative

_ to sign such permits prior to their submission to the State of Florida; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater is desirous
of authorizing the City Manager to approve and execute such permits for the
construction of sidewalk safety ramps at street and driveway crossings;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
hereby authorizes the City Manager to approve and execute on behalf of the
City of Clearwater all permit requests to be submitted to the State of Florida
requesting permission to construct and maintain sidewalk safety ramps at
street and driveway crossings.
2. That this authorization for the City Manager to approve and execute
the permit requests described herein will continue until terminated by further
action of the City Commission of the City of Clearwater.
