RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater, Florida, from time to time is
presented with applications for approval of plans and specifications for
public water systems and sewer systems; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the City to designate a representative
authorized to execute such applications prior to their submission to the
State of Florida; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater is desirous
of authorizing the City Manager to approve and execute such applications for
approval of plans and specifications for a public water supply system and sewer
system on behalf of the City of Clearwater;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION REGULARLY AND DULY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS;
1. That the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
hereby officially authorizes the City Manager to approve and execute on
behalf of the City of Clearwater all applications submitted requesting
approval of plans and specifications for a public water supply system and
sewer system submitted by private developers.
2. That this authorization for the City Manager to approve and
execute all applications for approval of plans and specifications for a public
water supply system and sewer system will continue until terminated by
further action of the City Commission of the City of Clearwater.
