RESOLUTION

.. WHEREAS, it is necessary for the City of Clearwater to install
certain utilities within the right-of-way of the State Department of Transportation
and Pinellas County; and
WHEREAS, in order to begin said installation certain use permits
must be executed on behalf of the City of Clearwater; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater is desirous
of authorizing the City Manager to execute the necessary use permits on
behalf of the City of Clearwater;'
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION REGULARLY AND DULY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the City Commission of the City of Clearwater hereby
officially authorizes the City Manager to execute on behalf of the City of
Clearwater all necessary use permits required by the State Department of
Transportation and Pinellas County in the installation of utilities within
State or County owned right-of-way.
Z. That this authorization for the City Manager to execute on behalf
of the City of Clearwater all necessary use permits will continue until
terminated by further action of the City Conunission of the City of Clearwater.
3. That a certified copy of this Resolution be transmitted to both the
State Department of Transportation and the Pinellas County Engineer.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of February, A. D. 1976.
