WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater has established accounts in a number
of Banks in the Clearwater area for the purpose of receiving collections of utility
:g •,-; bills paid at such Banks by customers of the City of Clearwater Utility System; and

WHEREAS, the Ellis Harbor Bank Safety Harbor, Florida 33572, has
requested that an account be opened in that Bank for the same purpose; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the number of customers of the

City of Clearwater Utility System residing in the vicinity of said Bank is
sufficient to warrant establishment of a collection account in that area;
•?.L?, iP,??:!? NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
tL"" ^ IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the Ellis Harbor Bank, Safety Harbor, Florida 33572, be
and it is hereby designated as a depository of the City of Clearwater for the
purpose of receiving collections of utility bills of the City of Clearwater Utility
System.
2. That such account shall be known as the City of Clearwater Utility
Collection Account.
3. That deposits into such account will be reported to the appropriate
City department pursuant to such instructions as may be issued by such department.
4. That withdrawals from such account will be made by official check of
the City of Clearwater bearing the facsimile signatures of the following:
A. C. Lowrey, Jr. City Treasurer
Picot B. Floyd City Manager
5. That this Resolution shall continue in force in said Bank, and said
Bank may consider the facts concerning the holders of said offices, respectively,
and their signatures to be and continue as set forth herein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of January, A, D. 1976.
