than an alley known as Park Place in Block C of Boulevard Heights Subdivision
in the'City of Clearwater be vacated; and
WHEREAS, by a motion, carried unanimously, the then City Com-
mission did vacate said alley, but the vacation has never been officially
recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, but should be
made a part thereof in order to properly set out and show the vacation on
the recorded Plat of Boulevard Heights Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission desires to pass this Resolution
and record same in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, in order
to correct this omission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, °•-°

That certain alley known as Park Place in Block C of r4
Boulevard Heights Subdivision, according to the map
or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 7, page 54
of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby vacated, closed and released, and the City of
Clearwater hereby quitclaims and releases all of its right, title and interest
thereto to the persons, firms or corporations entitled thereto by law.
2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to record this Resolution
in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
