RESOLUTION

WHEREAS. Ralph W. B. Reads, a member of the Planing
and Zoning Board since 1955, died on November z6, 1975= and
WHEREAS, the said Ralph W. B. Reads has for many years
rendered outstanding public service to the City by his unselfish
contribution of time and energy to the development of this City; and
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater bas reason to feel a very
real and deep sense of loss In his death and desires to gratefully
acknowledge his many years of outstanding public service to the Citys
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWSi
1. That the City Commission of the City of Clearwater,
personally and on behalf of the citieens of the City, regretfully
recognise the passing of Ralph W. B. Reads, and gratefully acknowledge
his devoted service to the City.
2. That a duplicate original of this Resolution be delivered
to the family of Ralph W. B. Reads.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of December, A. D. 1975.
