RESOLUTION

;';y and the Pinellas County Water and Navigation Control Authority grant a

waiver of fees for permits required in the installation of the proposed
utilities; and
WHEREAS, each authority requires a formal request be made by
the municipality for the waiving of such permit fees;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the City Commission of the City of Clearwater hereby
formally requests the Florida State Department of Environmental Regulation,
the U. S. Corps of Engineers and the Pinellas County Water and Navigation
Control Authority to grant a waiver of fees for permits required in the
installation and relocation of a water main, a sanitary force main and gas
main located in the vicinity of Stevenson Creek.
2. That a certified copy of this Resolution be forwarded to the Florida
State Department of Environmental Regulation, the U. S. Corps of Engineers
and the Pinellas County Water and Navigation Control Authority.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of November, A. D. 1975,
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater is preparing to replace and
relocate a water main, a sanitary force main and gas main located in the
vicinity of Stevenson Creek; and
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater wishes to request that the Florida
