side of Lots 17 through 3Z, inclusive, LESS the following;
The South 5 feet of Lot 18, the North 5 feet of Lot 19, the
South 5 feet of Lot Z1, the North 5 feet of Lot 22, the South con
5 feet of Lot Z4, the North 5 feet of Lot 25, the South 5 feet
of Lot 27, the North 5 feet of Lot Z8, the South 5 feet of
Lot 30, and the North 5 feet of Lot 31, all in Woodgate of
Countryside Unit One, according to the map or plat thereof
as recorded in Plat Book 70, pages 13 and 14 of the Public
Records of Pinellas County, Florida;
AND
The West 8 feet of the ZO foot utility easement on the East
side of Lots 33 and 34, LESS the following: the North 5 feet of
Lot 33, the South 5 feet of Lot 33, the North 5 feet of Lot 34
and the South 5 feet of Lot 34, all in Woodgate of Countryside
Unit Two, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 71, page 75 of the Public Records of Pinellas County,
Florida,
be and the same is hereby vacated, closed and released, and the City of
Clearwater hereby quit claims and releases all of its right, title and interest
thereto to the persons, firms or corporations entitled thereto by law.
