RESOLUTION
No. 75 - 134
WHEREAS, it'has been requested by George H. Harbisoni and Mildred
S. Harbison, his wife, and L. S. Sweat, Jr. and Alice L. Sweat, his wife,
owners of certain real property in Milton Park Subdivision, in the City of
Clearwater, Florida, that the City of Clearwater, Florida, vacate a certain
alley; and
WHEREAS, after proper public notice and public hearing thereon,
the City Commission finds that said platted 'alley is not necessary nor
required and it is deemed to be to the best interest and advantage of the City
and the general public that the same be vacated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, 31
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS r' it"

The platted alley lying in Block 6 of Milton Park Subdivision j r
as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 69 of the Public Records of
Pinellas County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby vacated, closed and released, and the City of
Clearwater hereby quit claims and releases all of its right, title and interest
thereto to the persons, firms or corporations entitled thereto by law, excepting
that the City of Clearwater hereby retains an easement for installation and
maintenance of all public utilities, including but not limited to water, electric,
drainage and storm and sanitary sewer lines, upon said described real property.
Al 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to record this Resolution in
the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
3. That a certified copy of this Resolution be furnished to Phillips,
McFarland, Gould & Korones, Attorneys at Law, 311 S. Missouri Avenue,
Clearwater, Florida 33516.
