WHEREAS, it has been requested by U. S. Home of Florida, Inc., owner
of certain zeal property in Oak Forest of Countryside, in the City of Clearwater,
' Florida, that the City of Clearwater, Florida, vacate a portion of a certain
utility easement; and
WHEREAS, after proper public notice and public hearing thereon, the
City Commission finds that said portion of a certain utility easement is not
necessary nor required and it is deemed to be to the best interest and advantage
of the City and the general public that the same be vacated;
-NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS v
FOLLOWS: .

That portion of the existing platted easement described b o°
as follows; From the NW corner of Lot 143, Oak Forest M' o
of Countryside, as recorded in Plat Book 70, pages ZO and
21, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, run
S 760 0010011 E, 7. 5 feet to the Easterly line of a 7. 5 foot platted
easement; thence run S 14°0010011 W along the Easterly line of
said platted casement, 83.35 feet to a P. O. B.; thence continue
along said Easterly easement line S 1Z°0212411 E, 10.98 feet;
thence run N 76°0010011 W, 4. 8Z feet; thence run N 14°0010011 E,

be and the same is hereby vacated, closed and released, and the City of
