RESOLUTION
No. 75 - 131

WHEREAS, it has been requested by Edgewater Investments, owner
of certain real property in Map of Belleair, in the City of Clearwater, Florida,
that the City of Clearwater, Florida, vacate a certain portion of right-of -way;
and
WHEREAS, after proper public notice and public hearing thereon,
the City Commission finds that said portion of right-of-way is not necessary
nor required and it is deemed to be to the best interest and advantage of the
City and the general public that the same be vacated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:

That portion of B Street lying between Lots 1 to 4 ? i f
inclusive, Block 11, and Lots 3 to 5 inclusive, Block 0

12, and between Lots 12 to 17 inclusive, Block 13, and
Lots 1 to 6 inclusive, Block 14, Map of Belleair as recorded
in Plat Book H1, Page 105 of the Public Records of Hillsborough
County, Florida, of which Pinellas County was formerly a part,
LESS railroad right-of-way,
be and the same is hereby vacated, closed and released, and the City of
Clearwater hereby quit claims and releases all of its right, title and interest
thereto to the persons, firms or corporations entitled the reto by law, excepting
that the City of Clearwater hereby retains an easement for installation and
maintenance of all public utilities, including but not limited to water, electric,
1y) drainage and storm and sanitary sewer lines, upon said described real property.
2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to record this Resolution in
the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
3. That a certified copy of this Resolution be furnished to Edgewater
' Investments, PO Box 717, Clearwater, Florida 33517.
