RESOLUTION
No. 75 - 127
WHEREAS, The City of Clearwater has previously paid out of its
General Fund certain sums to cover construction and engineering costs
incurred in connect i on with the extens ion of the water and is ewer sys tam
of the City; and
WHEREAS, The reimbursement of these sums to the City of Clearwater
General Fund from proceeds of the sale of Utility Revenue Certificates,
Series of 1972, was envisioned in authorizing the issuance of said Utility
Revenue Certificates, Series of 1972; and
WHEREAS, The City of Clearwater General Fund should now be
reimbursed from the Construction Trust Fund derived from the proceeds
of the sale of Utility Revenue Certificates, Series of 1972, the following sums:

for a total reimbursement to the General Fund of $116. 16;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS :
1. That the sum of $116. 16 be paid to the General Fund of the City
of Clearwater from the Construction Trust Fund by the Barnett Bank of
Clearwater, N.A. , Clearwater, Florida, Trustee thereof of Construction
Trust Fund Agreement dated May 25, 1973, which Construction Trust Fund
:is derived from the proceeds of the sale of Utility Revenue Certificates,
Series.of 1972.

Section 3 (C) and other provisions'of said Construction Trust Fund Agree-
ment.
