RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, Marian Deming has been employed by the City of
Clearwater as Municipal Court Clerk since January t6, 1939, and has
now retired; and
WHEREAS, Mrs. Deming has devoted many hours to her duties In
order that the citizens of Clearwater may be properly served by the
Municipal Court= and
WHEREAS, Mrs. Deming has served in cooperation with xnany
different Judges, Associate Judges and City Prosecutors, and will be
greatly missed by,all of.the personnel of the Municipal Count=
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION REGULARLY AND DULY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWSs
1. That the City Commission officially recognises the many
years of devoted service of Marian Deming to the City and vrishes for
her many years of happiness and improved health In her retirement.
2. That a duplicate original of this Resolution be presented to
the said Marian Deming forthwith.
