RESOLUTION
No. 75 - 11,4
WHEREAS, a suit has been filed in the Circuit Court in and for
Pinellas County, Florida, styled Arthur Culver, Plaintiff, vs. City of
Clearwater, a municipal corporation, individually and doing business as
Clearwater Bombers, and Home Insurance Company, a foreign corporation,
Defendants, being Circuit Civil No. 75-71148-14; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission desires to authorize the Legal
Department to defend said suit and to take any and all necessary action
in such defense;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
That the Legal Department is hereby authorized to defend the suit
filed in the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, styled Arthur
Culver, Plaintiff, vs. City of Clearwater, a municipal corporation, individually
and doing business as Clearwater Bombers, and Home Insurance Company,
a foreign corporation, Defendants, being Circuit Civil No. 75-714B-14, and
to take any and all necessary action in such defense.
