WHEREAS, Mudge, Rose, Guthrie & Alexander, Attorneys-at-Law,

have heretofore been retained by the City of Clearwater to perform legal
services as covered by the statement therefor hereinafter described; and
WHEREAS, said legal services, as so described, have been performed
and there is due and payable to said attorneys from the City of Clearwater
the sum of $7,565.35 for professional services rendered in connection with
the issuance of $5, 100, 000 Bridge Revenue and Utilities Services Taxes
Bonds, dated June 1, 1974, according to the statement dated July 15, 1975,
copy of which statement is hereto attached and by reference made a part
hereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the sum of $7, 565, 35 be paid from the Construction Trust
Fund by the Bank of Clearwater, Clearwater, Florida, Trustee thereof of
Construction Trust Fuud Agreement dated March 11, 1975, which Construction
Trust Fund is derived from proceeds of the sale of Bridge Revenue and
Utilities Services Taxes Bonds, dated June 1, 1974.
2. That a certified copy of this Resolution be delivered forthwith
to said Trustee, which said certified copy shall constitute the direction of
the City of Clearwater to said Trustee to pay the foregoing sum directly to
the said Attorneys-at-Law forthwith in compliance with Section 3 (B) and
other provisions of said Construction Trust Fund Agreement.

officials relative to the refunding of the existing
Bridge Across Little Pass Between Clearwater
Beach and Sand Key, and the acquisition of land for
park, beach and recreational purposes and improve-
ments to said Bridge;
Drafting of preliminary form of ordinance to
accomplish the same purposes after further consulta-
tions with the City Officials and the financial
consultant to the City; said proposed form of
Ordinance containing authorizing the issuance of
