RESOLUTION
No. 75 - 93
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
is desirous of officially designating the time and date of the regular Commission
meetings; and
WHEREAS, it is to the beat interest of the City of Clearwater that
the time and date of the said regular Commission meetings be officially
designated and also to provide for any briefing sessions which may be
necessary to properly conduct the business of the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the regular meetings of the City Commission of the City of
Clearwater, Florida, shall be held at 12:30 P.M. on the first and third Thursdays
of each month beginning September 1, 1975, except as changed from time to
F time by the City Commission in session duly and regularly assembled for
good cause, such as legal holidays and inability of the Commissioners to
attend said meetings.
2. That work sessions may be held at 9:30 A. M. on the Monday
preceding the said regular meetings.
