RESOLUTION
No. 75 - 04
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater Ordinance No. 1399, dated
July 24, 1972, authorizing the issuance of $9, 000, 000 Utility Revenue
Certificates, Series of 1972, authorizes transfer from proceeds of
sale of the bond issue of the amount needed to bring the reserve account
of the sinking fund to the maximum amount required, $1, 146, 935;
and
WHEREAS, the amount in said reser ve account is now $974, 087,
leaving a balance of $172,848 to be provided,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the sum of $172, 848 be paid from the Construction
Trust Fund by Barnett Bank of Clearwater, N. A. , Clearwater, Florida,
Trustee thereof of Construction Trust Fund Agreement, dated May 25,-
1973, which Construction Trust Fund is derived from proceeds of the
sale of Utility Revenue Certificates, Series of 1972.
2. That a certified copy of this resolution be delivered to said
Trustee, which said certified copy shall constitute the direction of the
City of Clearwater to said Trustee to pay the foregoing sum directly to
City of Clearwater Utility Revenue Certificate Sinking Fund, forthwith
in compliance with Section 3 (B) and other provisions of said Construction
Trust Fund Agreement.
