RESOLUTION
No. 75.- 72
WHEREAS, it has been requested by Comm Ur Del Corporation,
owner of certain real property in Georgas Subdivision, in the City of Clearwater,
Florida, that the City of Clearwater, Florida, vacate a portion of Eugenia
Street and portions of inutility easement; and
WHEREAS, after proper public notice and public hearing thereon, the
City Commission finds that said portion of Eugenia Street and said portions of
an utility easement are not necessary nor required and it is deemed to be to
the best interest and advantage of the City and the general public that the
same be vacated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS;
1. That the following:
The East portion of Eugenia Street lying adjacent to
Lots 6 through 10, inclusive, Georgas Subdivision,
according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 45, page 20 of the public records of Pinellas
County, Florida, AND the 5 foot platted easement along
the North side of Lots 5, 6 and 7; the West 115 feet along
the North side of Lot 8; the West 115 feet along the South
side of Lot 8; and the 5 foot platted easement along the
South side of Lots 9 and 10, all in said Georgas Subdivision,
according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 45, page ZO of the public records of Pinellas County,
Florida,
be and the same is hereby vacated, closed and released, and the City of
Clearwater hereby quit claims and releases all of its right, title and interest
thereto to the persons, firms or corporations entitled thereto by law.
Z. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to record this Resolution
in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
