RESOLUTION
No, 75 - 68
WHEREAS, a suit has been filed in the Circuit Court in and for
Pinellas County, Florida, styled V. Donald Rebholz and Joyce M. Rebholz,
his wife', vs. Picot B. Floyd, in his capacity as City Manager of the City of
Clearwater, a Municipal Corporation, and Edward Blanton, Director of
Building, City of Clearwater, a Municipal Corporation, being Circuit
Civil No. 75-1763..8; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission desires to authorize the Legal
Department to defend said suit and to take any and all necessary action
in such defense;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY ,
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
That the Legal Department is hereby authorized to defend the suit
filed in the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, styled V.
Donald Rebholz and Joyce M. Rebholz, his wife, vs. Picot B. Floyd, in his
capacity as City Manager of the City of Clearwater, a Municipal Corporation,
and Edward Blanton, Director of Building, City of Clearwater, a Municipal
Corporation, being Circuit Civil No. 75-1763-8, and to take any and all
necessary action in such defense.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of May, A. D. 1975.
