WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater has established accounts in a
number of banks in the Clearwater area for the purpose of receiving col-
lections of Utility bills paid at such banks by customers of tho City of
Clearwater Utility System; and
WHEREAS, the First Federal Savings and Loan Association of
Clearwater has requested that an account be opened in that Association for
the same purpose; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the number of customers of
the City of Clearwater Utilities System residing in the vi.cinity of the several
branches of said Association is sufficient to warrant establishment of a
collection account for serving these areas;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, IN SESSION DULY
AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Clearwater,
Florida, be and it is hereby designated as a deppsitory of the City of Clearwater
for the purpose of receiving collections of utility bills of the City of Clearwater
Utility System.
2. That such account shall be known as the City of Clearwater Utility
Collection Account.
3. That deposits into such account will be reported to the appropriate
City departments pursuant to such instructions as may be issued by such
departments.
4. That withdrawals from such account will be made by the Associa.tionis
established Dial Account procedures or by official withdrawal order of the
City of Clearwater bearing any two signatures of the following:

5. That this Resolution shall continue in force in said Association,
and said Association may consider the facts concerning the holders of
said offices, respectively, and their aignatures to be and continue as, set
forth herein.
