RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater has previously paid out of its
General Fund certain sums to cover construction and engineering costs Incurred
in connection with the extension of the water and sower system of the City; and
v
WHEREAS, the reimbursement of these sums to the City of Clearwater
General Fund from proceeds of the sale of Utility Revenue Certificates, Series
of 1972, was envisioned in authorizing the issuance of said Utility Revenue
Certificates, Series of 1972; and
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater General Fund should now be reimbursed
from the Construction Trust Fund derived from the proceeds of the sale of
Utility Revenue Certificates, Series of 1972, the following sum:
JA S Enterprises Moving of water lines $5,039.00
301 Pierce St, in connection with
Clearwater, Fla. 33515 Sanitary Sewer Improve-
ments (Phase I)
for a total reimbursement to the General Fund of $5, 039. 00;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the sum of $5, 039. 00 be paid to the General Fund of the City
of Clearwater from the Construction Trust Fund by the Barnett Bank of Clearwater,
N.A. , Clearwater, Florida, Trustee thereof of Construction Trust Fund Agreement
dated May 25, 1973, which Construction Trust Fund is derived from the proceeds
of the sale of Utility Revenue Certificates, Series of 1972.
2. That a certified copy of this Resolution be delivered forthwith to said
Trustee, which said certified copy shall constitute the direction of the City of
Clearwater to said Trustee to pay the foregoing sum directly to the said City of
Clearwater General Fund forthwith in compliance with Section 3 (C) and other
provisions of said Construction Trust Fund Agreement.
