RESOLUTION.

WHEREAS, the City Engineer and the Traffic Engineer of the City
of Clearwater have recommended the opening of an at-grade crossing in the
vicinity of 590 feet West of Seaboard Coast Line Railroad Mile Post SY 869
and Fairwood Avenue in Clearwater, Florida; and
WHEREAS, a permit is required from the Florida State Department
of Transportation for the opening of said at-grade: crossing; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing on this matter is scheduled at the
Pinellas County Court House on February 6, 1975, at 10:00 A, M. before
the Florida State Department of Transportation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the City Commission hereby officially approves the opening
of an at-grade crossing in the vicinity of 590 feet West of Seaboard Coast Line
Railroad Mile Post SY B69 and Fairwood Avenue, in Clearwater, Florida.
Z. That the City Commission hereby officially requests approval of
this project from all agencies before whom this request may come.
3. That a certified copy of this Resolution shall be presented at the
public hearing to be held on February 6, 1975, and made a part of the City's
request.
