RESOLUTION
No, 74 - 162
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater is the owner of the hereinafter
described property; and
WHEREAS, it has now come to the attention of the City Commission
that said property has never been formally dedicated as a drainage and utility
easement although the same is to be used for such purpose; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission desiree to officially dedicate said
easement by formal resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the following described property be and the same is hereby
dedicated as a drainage and utility easement for the installation and maintenance
of all public utilities, including but not limited to water, electric and storm
and sanitary sewer lines:
West 225 feet of the South 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4
of NE 1/4 of Section 15, Township 29 South, Range 15
East, Pinellas County, Florida, LESS the South 70 feet thereof.
2. That the City Clerk shall record this Resolution in the Public Records
of Pinellas County, Florida.
3, That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its
passage.
