WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater is desirous of vacating certain
street right-of-way in Del Oro Groves Subdivision, in the City of Clearwater,
Florida; and

WHEREAS, after proper public notice and public hearing thereon, the
City Commission finds that said right-of-way is not necessary nor required,
`" ""--?-- and it Is deemed to be to the best interest and advantage of the City and the
general public that the same be vacated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the following:
That part of San Pedro Street, San Bernadino Street and
San Mateo Street lying East of Bayshore Boulevard to
Cooper's Bayou, all being in Del Oro Groves Subdivision,
according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 12, page 2 of the Public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby vacated, closed and released, and the City of
Clearwater hereby quitclaims and releases all of its right, title and interest
thereto to the persons, firms or corporations entitled thereto by law, excepting
that the City of Clearwater hereby retains a utility and drainage easement for
installation and maintenance of all public utilities, including but not limited
to water, electric and storm and sanitary sewer lines, upon said described
real property.
2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to record this Resolution in
the public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of December, A n 1974.
