WHEREAS, Mudge, Rose, Guthrie & Alexander, Attorneys-at'-f a«?,
have heretofore been retained by the City of Clearwater to perform legal
services as covered by the statement therefor hereinafter described; and
WHEREAS, said legal services, as so described, have been per_
formed and there is due and payable to Raid attorneys from the City of
Clearwater the sum of $7,545. 87 for professional services rendered in
connection with the issuance of $9, 000, 000 Utility Revenue Certificates,
Series of 1972, according to the statement dated October 8, 1974, copy
of which statement is hereto attached and by reference made a part hereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the sum of $7, 545. 87 be paid from the Construction Trust
Fund by Barnett Bank of Clearwater, N. A., Clearwater, Florida, Trustee
thereof of Construction Trust Fund Agreement dated May 25, 1973, which
Construction Trust Fund is derived from proceeds of the sale of Utility
Revenue Certificates, Series of 1972.
2. That a certified copy of this Resolution be delivered forthwith
to said Trustee, which said certified copy shall constitute the direction of
the City of Clearwater to said Trustee to pay the foregoing sum directly to
the said Attorneys-at-Law forthwith in compliance with Section 3 (B) and
other provisions of said Construction Trust Fund Agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of November, A. D. 1974.

Clearwater after consultations with officials
of the City and Financial Consultants of the
City;
Drafting of Validation Proceedings for said
$9,000,000 Certificates, including Valida-
