WHEREAS, it has been requested by Lehmann Properties, Inc. , owner
of certain real property in Bassedena Subdivision and Sarah McMullen
Subdivision, in the City of Clearwater, Florida, that the City of Clearwater,
Florida, vacate portions of Northeast Cleveland Street; and
WHEREAS, after proper public notice and public hearing thereon, the
City Commission finds that said right-of-way is not necessary nor required,
and it is deemed to be to the best interest and advantage of the City
and the general public that the same be vacated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
.;' IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the following:
That portion of Northeast Cleveland Street lying between Blocks
"A9 and "B" of Bassedena Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 7,
Page 26, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, : being
more particularly described as follows: Start at the most Easterly
corner of Lot Z5, Block B, of said Bassedena Subdivision, said
corner being on the Northwesterly right-of-way line of Northeast
R` Cleveland Street, and run S 58° 2710011 W along said Northwesterly
o x right-of-way line 50. 0 feet; thence continue along said right-of-way
a? line S 51. 00130" W, 41. 5B feet to the Point of Beginning; thence run
S 84. 10109" E, 99. 84 feet to a point an the Southeasterly right-of-

the East right-of-way line of Greenwood Avenue as shown on said
Block B, 84.68 feet to the Northwesterly right-of-way line of North-
east Cleveland Street; thence run N 51. 0013011 E along said right-o€-
way line 220. 09 feet to the Point of Beginning,
be and the same is hereby vacated, closed and released, and the City of
Clearwater hereby quitclaims and releases all of its right, title and interest
thereto to the persons, firms or corporations entitled thereto by law, excepting
that the City of Clearwater hereby retains an easement for installation and
maintenance of all public utilities, including but not limited to water, electric
and storm and sanitary sewer lines, upon said described real property.
