No. 74 - 127
- - WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater is the owner of the hereinafter
described property; and
WHEREAS, it has now come to the attention of the City Commission
that said property has never been formally dedicated as street right-of-way,
} although the same is to be used for such purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission desires to officially dedicate said
street by formal resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the following described property be and the same is hereby
dedicated as public streets for use by the general public, and the City of
Clearwater, generally as their interests may appear:
A right-of-way, which shall be designated as Winding Wood Drive,
located in Section 29, Township 28 South, Range 16 East; of 80. 00
feet in width; 40. 00 feet each side of a center commencing at the
Southeasterly right-of-'way line of Countryside Boulevard and
terminating 1040. 00 feet Southeasterly of said Southeasterly
right-of-way line of Countryside Boulevard, said centerline
being described more particularly as follows:
