RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF THE
JOINT PROJECT AGREEMENT, TRAFFIC OPEN TION
PROJECT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE STATE OF
FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND
THE CITY OF CLEARWATER.
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater deems it in the public interest
to enter into an agreement with the State of Florida Department of Transportation
relative to participating in a traffic operations project with the State of
Florida Department of Transportation, known as Project No. 15220-3702,
on State Road 60 at Mandalay and Coronado in the City of Clearwater;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION REGULARLY AND DULY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the City of Clearwater concurs in the provisions of that
certain agreement attached hereto pertaining to the City of Clearwater
participation with the Department of Transportation in a traffic operations
project, known as Project No. 15220-3702, on State Road 60 at Mandalay
and Coronado in the City of Clearwater, more particularly described in
Exhibit "All to that agreement.
2. That the City of Clearwater authorizes the said agreement to be
executed by its duly designated proper officials.
3. That a certified copy of this Resolution be forwarded forthwith
to the State of Florida Department of Transportation.
