RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF THE
TRAFFIC SIGNALS NIAINTENANCE AGREEMENT BETWEEN

THE STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
AND THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, ,
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater deems it in the public interest to
maintain and pay electrical costs for the operation of traffic signal or signals
on State Road 60 at Mandalay and Coronado in the City of Clearwater, and
accordingly to enter into an agreement with the State of Florida Department
of Transportation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION REGULARLY AND DULY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the City of Clearwater concurs in the provisions of that
certain agreement attached hereto, pertaining to maintaining a traffic signal
installation on State Road 60 at Mandalay and Coronado in the City of Clearwater,
more particularly described in Exhibit "All to that agreement.
2. That the City of Clearwater authorizes the said agreement to be
executed by its duly designated proper officials.
3. That a certified copy of this Resolution be forwarded forthwith
to the State of Florida Department of Transportation.
