WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater is the owner of the hereinafter

WHEREAS, it has now come to the attention of the City Commission
that said property has never been formally dedicated as an casement for
drainage purposes, although the same is to be used for such purposes; and

WHEREAS, the City Commission desires to officially dedicate said

County, Florida; thence run S 42. 1313111 W along said center-
o line 120. 39 feet; thence along a curve to the left having a
