WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
is desirous of officially designating the time and date of the regular Commission
meetings; and "
WHEREAS, it is to the best interest of the City of Clearwater that
the time and date of the said regular Commission meetings be officially
designated and also to provide for any briefing sessions which may be
necessary to properly conduct the business of the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the regular meetings of the City Commission of the City of
Clearwater, Florida, shall be held at 1:30 P.M. on the first and third Mondays
of each month beginning May 6, 1974, except as changed from time to time by
this City Commission in session duly and regularly assembled for good cause,
such as legal holidays and inability of the Commissioners to attend said
meetings.
2. Further, that briefing sessions may be called by the City Manager
at his discretion on the other Mondays of each month.
