1. That the following described property be and the same is hereby w
dedicated as a public street for use by the general public, and the City of
Clearwater, generally as their interests may appear:
A 50 font right-of-way for Keene Road being a portion of 00
Lots 8 and 9, Pinellas Groves in the NW 1/4 of Section 12, M
Township Z9 South, Range 15 East, as recorded in Plat Book
1, page 55 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida;
more particularly described as follows:
From the NW corner of Section 12, Township 29 South, Range
15 East, run S 0°Z5IZP W along the West line of said Section W " C 4
12, 298. 39 feet for the P. O. B. ; thence run S 89° 2010411 E 50. 00 a;;8-
feet; thence run S 0°Z5121" W 613. 73 feet to the North right-of- , 4
way line of Sherwood Street; thence run N 89"20'04" W 50.00
feet along said North right-of-way line to a point on the West
section line of said Section 12; thence run N 0°2612111 E along
said section line 613.73 feet to the P. O. B.
2. The City Clerk shall record this Resolution in the Public Records
of Pinellas County, Florida.
