WHEREAS, the Bank of Clearwater, Clearwater, Florida, is Trustee
under and by virtue of a Construction Trust Fund Agreement, dated September
16, 1963, which Construction Trust Fund is derived from proceeds of the sale
of Utilities Tax Improvement Certificates, Series of 1962; and
WHEREAS, said Bank has submitted a bill in the amount of $100.00
for its compensation, in accordance with the provisions of said Trust Fund
Agreement, which said bill should be paid from said Trust Fund, copy of
said bill is hereto attached and by reference made a part hereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the sum r;x $100. 00 be paid from the Construction Trust
Fund, dated September 16, 1963, by the Bank of Clearwater, Clearwater,
Florida, Trustee thereof, to the Bank of Clearwater, Clearwater, Florida,
in payment of its bill dated January 17, 1974, for Trustee's compensation as
provided in said Agreement.
2. That a certified copy of this Resolution be delivered forthwith to
said Trustee, which certified copy shall constitute the direction of the City of
Clearwater to said Trustee to pay said amount directly to itself.

of cash in the City of Clearwater Construction Trust Fund
account after posting our final costs.
The minimum annual fee for this account is $100.00 to close.
Will you please take the necessary steps and forward a
resolution authorizing payment of this fee.
