WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater is the owner of the hereinafter
described property; and
WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the City Commiasion that
said property has never been formally dedicated as street right-of-way,

although the same is to be used for such purpose; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission desires to officially dedicate said
streets by formal resolution and to name the same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the following described property be and the name is hereby
dedicated as a public street for use by the general public, and the City of
Clearwater, generally as their interests may appear:
Start at the NE corner of the SW 1/4 of Section 17, Township
29 South, Range 16 East, and run S 0° ZO' 13" E, 50. 0 feet to
the South right-of-way line of Gulf to Bay Boulevard (SR 60);
