RESOLUTION
No. 74 - 1
WHEREAS, Briley, Wild &-Associates, Consulting Engineers, have
heretofore been retained by the City of Clearwater to perform services as
covered by the statements therefor hereinafter described; and
WHEREAS, said services, as so described, have been performed
and there is due and payable to said consulting engineers from the City of

Clearwater the sum of $2, 372.60 pertaining to Well Field Expansion,
i according to the statement dated December 6. 1973, a copy of which
statement is hereto attached and by reference made a part hereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLE.ARWATER, FLORIDA, .
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:

1. That the sum of $2,372.60 be paid from the Construction Trust
J Fund by Barnett Bank of Clearwater, N. A., Clearwater, Florida, Trustee
t' thereof of Construction Trust Fund Agreement dated may 25, 1973, which

Construction Trust Fund is derived from proceeds of the sale of Utility.

2. That a certified copy of this Resolution be delivered forthwith

to said Trustee, which said certified copy shall constitute the direction of

r the City of Clearwater to said Trusted to pay the foregoing sum directly to

other provisions of said Construction Trust Fund Agreement.
